Fireclay Tile Wellness Benefit

Fireclay Tile has introduced a new company-wide $75/month Fireclay Tile Wellness Benefit. Every single Fireclay Teammate can earn a wellness incentive to support any wellness activity of their choosing. Teammates will have the opportunity to participate in our Annual Biometric Screening either onsite in Aromas or Spokane or at a center close to your home. Upon completing the Biometric screening, within the first 3 months of 2024 or of your employment, you will earn the Fireclay Tile Wellness Benefit $75/month via your paycheck (normal tax and other withholdings apply). Whether you receive medical coverage through Fireclay-sponsored Cigna or not, every Teammate is eligible for this benefit.

HSA and FSA

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts are accounts used to save on taxes and pay for qualified medical, prescription, dental and vision expenses.

 

Voluntary Worksite Benefits

For this plan year, Fireclay Tile will offer a selection of Voluntary Worksite Benefits through Guardian. They are a cost-effective solution to help offset out-of-pocket medical expenses. These benefits can help fill the gaps created by high-deductibles and rising co-pays, providing the financial security they need and deserve. Plan options and costs will be outlined in Paycor.

 

Cigna Travel Benefit

The Cigna Medical Plan includes a travel benefit for members living in a state where legislation prohibits specific services (i.e. elective abortions and gender affirmation services), and living in a given area where specialized services may not be available (i.e. behavioral services and gender affirmation services [reassignment surgery and related services]).
