Fireclay Tile Wellness Benefit
Fireclay Tile Wellness Fund Benefit – now $1,320 (only available to Teammates not enrolling in Medical)!
We will continue to offer wellness incentive funds to our members to provide additional funds, supporting our Teammates who have elected not to enroll in our medical coverage. For Teammembers who are enrolled, we continue to help reduce the cost of medical premiums by offering wellness premium credits. There will be three changes to those incentives:
• We are enhancing the wellness incentive offering from $900 to $1,320 (completion of Biometric Screening - $60 + Benefits Education 1:1- $50 ) providing this wellness fund only to Teammates not covered by our Cigna medical insurance. Teammates who do elect our medical insurance will receive premium credits which reduce their monthly deductions instead.
• The Biometric Screening Incentive will be adjusted to offer either a $60 premium reduction (credit) or a $60 stipend (wellness fund) if you do not have a premium – not both. This change is designed to streamline the incentive process and ensure a consistent approach for all participants.
• We will be changing the Cigna Health Assessment incentive to a “Benefit Education 1:1” incentive. Details on this will follow, but you will be asked to sign up for and attend a short 15-minute session with Gaby or Arianna from the People Team.
Note: The Wellness Benefit will be processed at the end of every quarter by payroll.
HSA and FSA
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts are accounts used to save on taxes and pay for qualified medical, prescription, dental and vision expenses.
Voluntary Worksite Benefits
For this plan year, Fireclay Tile will offer a selection of Voluntary Worksite Benefits through Guardian. They are a cost-effective solution to help offset out-of-pocket medical expenses. These benefits can help fill the gaps created by high-deductibles and rising co-pays, providing the financial security they need and deserve. Plan options and costs will be outlined in Paycor.
Cigna Travel Benefit
The Cigna Medical Plan includes a travel benefit for members living in a state where legislation prohibits specific services (i.e. elective abortions and gender affirmation services), and living in a given area where specialized services may not be available (i.e. behavioral services and gender affirmation services [reassignment surgery and related services]).
